RoleDescription
AdministratorThe administrator at CE-CON Safety has all the rights of a manager and also has the authority to customize the details of the client's users. This includes the administration of user accounts, including the editing of user information and settings. This role ensures comprehensive management of both projects and users within the company.
Project ManagerThe "Project Manager" role in CE-CON Safety has comprehensive authorizations to manage projects within the client. This includes editing and deleting existing projects as well as creating new projects. In addition, a project manager can add or remove users to projects and assign or delete their roles. This role enables effective project management and team customization according to the requirements and dynamics of the projects.
EngineerThe "Engineer" role is an extended and specific role within the CE-CON Safety rights management system. Users with this role have extensive rights that allow them not only to view projects and their components, but also to edit and partially delete them. This role is designed to give engineers the necessary flexibility and control over project content. Product details are an exception here; these cannot be deleted with this role.
Template ManagerThe "Template Manager" role in CE-CON Safety authorizes users to comprehensively manage templates for hazards, components, and text modules within the system. This role includes editing, deleting, and creating new templates to ensure consistency and efficiency in project execution. Template managers play a central role in the adaptation and standardization of project modules, resulting in improved quality assurance and compliance with current standards.
Read accessThe "Read access" role is a special role within the CE-CON Safety rights management system that allows users to gain comprehensive insight into a client's projects and associated data without being able to make changes. This role is ideal for users who need to view information but do not require editing or deletion rights.
