In this view, you have the option to describe the location of a hazard point in more detail or to record notes that contain relevant information or special features. This marks the beginning of the actual recording of the identified hazards that need to be evaluated in the context of the risk assessment. A hazard point represents a specific location within your product where one or more hazards for the user exist.

It is possible to leave notes at different points. These serve to record internal comments, outstanding tasks or similar information. These notes will not be printed later as part of the official documentation, but will be used for internal purposes.
