Compliance manager
In this view, you have access to various tabs that serve as assistance for project management. Each section can be marked as completed by an editing user. The system logs the time of confirmation as well as the name of the user who made the confirmation.
The pages of the Compliance Manager can be printed as PDFs by using the print button located at the top.
The pages of the Compliance Manager are divided into the following categories:
General checklists: A list of questions or similar elements that should be filled out by a professionally trained and authorized person. Checklists, for example, serve as assistance for compliance checks and are part of the documentation for risk assessment or can simply be used for review by the editor.
Object lists based on the project: A list of objects, such as measures of a specific type. These primarily serve for better overview or provide alternative views of parts of the project.
Overview: The first page of the Compliance Manager shows a list of the available subpages of the project and their status. The specific available pages depend on the type of project (e.g. EU or international). We are continuously working to improve and expand the available pages of the Compliance Manager.
The following subchapters take a closer look at all compliance lists.
