Life stage templates

This view lists all regulations for which at least one life stage template is available. Life stage templates can be configured specifically for your own client and are only available for regulations that are not exclusive to your client. Regulation life cycle phases are often already configured for such regulations. The number of regulations linked to the project and product determines which relevant life cycle phases exist for the product. These relevant life stages can be viewed in the detailed views of the product. If no life cycle phase template is configured for a regulation, the number of regulation life cycle phases determines the relevant life cycle phases for each linked regulation.

Life stage templates can be used to determine for each rule which relevant life stages can be taken into account for products. Any number of life stage templates can be created for each regulation. Each life stage template can reference selected regulation life cycle phases of the corresponding regulation for information purposes, allowing several regulation life cycle phases to be combined.

If a life stage template is created for a regulation in this view, only the life stages that are configured in this template are considered relevant for this regulation. The life stage template is configured takes place in this view for exactly one regulation. This template can be accessed via the menu at the end of each row in the table shown. It is possible to make an entry for life stage templates for a rule in the current view without making any further configurations. This means that no regulation life cycle phases are considered for products.

In this view, you have the option to remove or view individual life stage templates by using the corresponding action menu. This allows you to check specific configurations and edit them if necessary.
